• Freelance.lk does not guarantee the success of any project or the quality of delivered work.

5. Payments and Fees

• Freelance.lk may charge service fees for transactions conducted on the platform.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment systems.
• Disputes over payments must be resolved between the freelancer and the client, with Freelance.lk acting only as a facilitator.

6. Intellectual Property

• Content created through projects on Freelance.lk remains the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise agreed.
• Users may not use, copy, or distribute any content found on the platform without permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Impersonate others or create false profiles.
• Engage in activities that disrupt the platform’s functionality.
• Circumvent platform fees or engage in direct transactions outside Freelance.lk.
• Post or share harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.

8. Termination

Freelance.lk reserves the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms.
• Modify or discontinue any part of the platform without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Freelance.lk provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Use the platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

Freelance.lk is not liable for:

• Disputes or damages arising from user interactions or transactions.
• Losses due to technical issues or platform downtime.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Freelance.lk harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in Sri Lankan courts.
